This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines how the CheckIn service (the “Service”) processes personal data of Users and their employees. The Service is owned by sole proprietor Andrey Melkov, Tax ID 910200003507, Primary State Registration Number 314910211500181, legal address: 28 Pobedy Avenue, Apt. 57, Simferopol, Republic of Crimea, 295034, Russian Federation (the “Operator”).

- DefinitionsPersonal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified natural person. User means a person registered on the website or web interface and using the Service to create tasks. Employee means a natural person who completes tasks received through the Service mobile application. Service mobile application means the application where employees register, receive tasks and submit photo confirmations. AI processing means the automated analysis of employee photographs by an external artificial-intelligence service to determine whether a task has been completed.
- Personal data we process
- User data: full name; email; password in hashed form; organisation details, where provided; operation history and actions in the Service.
- Employee data: full name; email; job title; Telegram ID and username, if provided by a manager; photographs submitted through the mobile application as task-completion confirmation; task-completion history.
- Technical data: IP address; browser or application data; information about interactions with Service interfaces.
- Data processed by third-party services: Yandex.Metrica — anonymised analytics data; Robokassa — transaction data; SMTP server — support-request data.
- Purposes of processingWe process personal data to provide the Service functionality to Users and employees; create, assign and complete tasks; identify employees; use AI to analyse photographs for task confirmation; send mobile-app notifications; perform contractual obligations; ensure security and prevent fraud; comply with Russian law; and process user requests.
- Data storageAll Service data is stored in data centres located in the Russian Federation. The Operator applies technical and organisational safeguards in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Employee photographs are stored for the period set by the User or reasonably necessary for the purposes of processing.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data
- The Service uses AI-processing services that may be located outside the Russian Federation.
- When tasks are completed, employee data, including photographs, may be transferred to countries that do not provide adequate personal-data protection within the meaning of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
- The User undertakes to obtain employees’ written or electronic consent for such transfer. The Operator provides a standard consent form.
- The transfer is made only to perform a specific function: analysing photographs with an AI model.
- Processing procedure and conditions
- Processing is carried out with the consent of the User and employees.
- The Operator does not publish or disclose data to third parties, except where necessary to perform AI analysis, process payments through Robokassa, or comply with legal requirements.
- The Operator does not verify the accuracy of data provided by the User.
- The User guarantees that consent has been obtained from their employees.
- Rights of the personal-data subjectThe data subject has the right to receive information about processing; correct, update or delete data; withdraw consent; and restrict processing. Requests should be sent to support@tab-is.ru.
- Processing periodsData is processed until use of the Service ends, the account is deleted, or consent is withdrawn.
- Personal-data protectionThe Operator uses anti-DDoS measures, encryption, protected data-transmission channels, access controls and activity logging.
- Changes to this PolicyThis Policy may be updated. The current version is published on the website.
